RYUK Return Policy

At RYUK, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be included.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.

Return Fees

  • Returns may be subject to a return shipping fee.

  • If the return is not due to a product defect or our error, a restocking or handling fee may apply.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Customized or personalized products.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process after approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
